Once you have completed this, here’s what happens next


Once you select the package an email will be sent to you with a questionnaire and a few photos of Hetty and the rest of the design crew so you know exactly who you’ll be working with!

The questionnaire is nothing to be scared about and will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

The idea is that you give me as much information as you can about…

  1. Your room

  2. What you use it for

  3. What you would like to achieve

  4. Your style - and I will help you by sending you some style ideas for you to consider in my introductory email

  5. If you have any pictures of the furniture so I can get a feel for what we have to work with that will really help me too.


It’s important the team know the measurements of your room to make sure we achieve your desired outcome for you, and we will help you to do this. You will receive a template to give you some guidance on how to do this and also what measurements we will need.


Nearly there. Now it’s Hetty’s turn to work her magic, and from all of this information she will prepare this beautiful package for you…


  1. A mood board with suggestions of paint colours, fabrics, furniture, soft furnishings and accessories

  2. A room plan

  3. A comprehensive shopping list of where you can purchase the things Hetty has suggested. 


You will receive this all in an email, oh and in addition you will receive through the post a box from Hetty and me with actual fabric samples, a small mood board and a 10% voucher for the Willow and Hen online shop.
