CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective we will refund you the cost of returning the goods).
We would advise that you use a reputable delivery service to return your goods. Evidence of delivery / proof of postage must be obtained when returning goods.
All goods must be returned in their original condition. Returned goods must be packaged with sufficient care to ensure that damage does not occur during transit. We will not be held responsible for damage to returned goods caused by insufficient packaging.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
If any goods are found to have been altered or damaged and are not suitable for re-sale then your right to cancellation of the order will not be valid.
We have right to decline or cancel any order prior to delivery. In the event of us cancelling an order we will refund all amounts paid by you in respect of that order.
All delivery times given are approximate and delivery is undertaken by Dispatch Bay who use various couriers or Royal Mail.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order, please ensure that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. We will only leave parcels in a secure place as per your instructions, we will not leave outside, some parcels will have to be signed for.
Items advertised are carried in stock and we aim to send items within 3-5 workings days of order receipt. If an item becomes unavailable after order we will notify you with an updated delivery date or the option to cancel the order.
Delivery prices are based on the size and weight of the parcel being dispatched and also on the delivery location. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any products at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from delivery..
For deliveries outside the UK including please use the contact page for a quote prior to placing an order. For orders to the Scottish Highland and some parts of Ireland the cost for postage will be £9.95 again please contact me prior to ordering to confirm.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price. You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty.
Goods that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and email a photograph to us so that we can claim from our postal carrier. Please make sure you contract us within 24 hours of receipt, we cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. All photographs of the damage should be supplied within 48 hours in order for us to claim from our couriers.

Please ensure the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. Otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you. We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
